This course provides a clinical model for the assessment and treatment of complex musculoskeletal dysfunctions, based on systemic biomechanics, vector analysis, and functional adaptation mechanisms. Participants will learn to identify residual muscular shortening, compensatory patterns, and joint compression, linking local symptoms to dysfunctions of systemic origin. The therapeutic approach includes specific manual techniques and active elongation work, aiming to restore joint function, reduce compressive forces, and reestablish mechanical balance. The course is intended for physical therapists and rehabilitation professionals and is delivered entirely online through asynchronous video lessons. To support the video content, downloadable PDF materials are provided, taken from the textbook Musculoskeletal Biomechanics. These resources offer additional insights and help reinforce the theoretical and clinical concepts discussed throughout the course. Participants will have full access to all course materials for 12 months from the date of enrollment. This flexible format allows learners to progress at their own pace, review the content as often as needed, and consolidate their clinical reasoning over time.
