This 1-hr livestream webinar (and then on-demand, recording) that teaches students how to help runners move with greater ease and less pain. Through postural assessments and identification of muscular imbalances caused by compensation and poor alignment, students will learn how to develop targeted treatment strategies. The class includes posture-focused strength exercises, stretching of tight muscle groups, range of motion (ROM) techniques, and fascial release using IASTM tools. By addressing muscle stiffness and dysfunctional movement patterns, participants will explore multiple techniques to support recovery and alleviate pain. This course emphasizes practical application, giving you the tools to confidently assess, treat, and improve outcomes for runners experiencing pain or restricted movement.
