Michigan has recently been reclassified by NHTSA from a "low-range" state to a "mid-range" state with respect to impaired driving fatalities. This webinar will focus on the reason for, and implications of, this classification change. Additionally, this webinar will explore an impaired driving assessment recommended by NHTSA and judicial sentencing tools that can be employed with identified high risk defendants.
