Level 2 Training Online Course

Course overview

A 5-hour (Online) shoulder course for PTs, and other allied health professional practitioners. The course supports individuals working with patients recovering from injury or surgery, and the preparation for an appropriate level of shoulder demand to enable safe and effective return to full function. Underpinned by evidence and elite sport experience, the course exposes the learner to; 1. Objective framework and training models, principles and skills. 2. Evidence-based training solutions to identified problems 3. Frameworks for setting clear goals for athletes through; A) the process of return to performance after injury or surgery, or B) as part of a longer-term athletic development plan. 4. Principles of exercise prescription and strength and conditioning.
