It introduces the Physical Activity Pyramid as a framework for balanced activity and highlights therapeutic exercise components including strength and flexibility training. You will also learn about mobility interventions such as positioning transfers walking and balance training as well as the use of assistive technology to support long-term functional outcomes. Through case scenario discussions you will see how rehabilitation professionals apply these concepts in practice to maximise outcomes for patients with different health conditions.
