The National Center for Innovation and Excellence (NCFIE) offers a 4-day (24-hours) High Fidelity Wraparound Beginners Course designed for professionals who work directly in wraparound service programs. This comprehensive training serves as an introduction to the wraparound process, providing a solid foundation in the principles, values, and practices that define high-fidelity wraparound. The course is structured to support participants in building the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the wraparound process effectively, with a focus on family-driven, youth-guided, culturally responsive, and strength-based approaches. Learning Objectives Participants will; *Understand the history, principles, and phases of the high-fidelity wraparound process. *Identify the roles and responsibilities of wraparound team members. *Apply strategies for engaging families and natural supports in the planning process. *Utilize tools and techniques to develop individualized, strength-based service plans. *Demonstrate the ability to apply wraparound concepts to real-world practice scenarios. Certification Options - Upon completion of the Beginners Course, participants may pursue one of two certification levels; Competency Certification - Intended for practitioners with limited or no previous experience implementing the wraparound process. By course completion, participants will be able to apply wraparound principles in practice. Proficiency Certification - Designed for experienced practitioners who can consistently demonstrate high-fidelity wraparound practice.
