Shen-Hammer Pulse Advanced Class

Course overview

The Advanced Course prepares you for mastery in Shen-Hammer Pulse diagnosis system and prepares you for teacher certification. The minimum required hours to complete the course are 114 hours taken as a combination of 7.5 hour or 15 hour class weekends. Students are challenged to quickly navigate all 25+ Pulse positions with precision, document volunteers pulses with a high percentage of accuracy compared to the instructors pulse records, analyze full pulse records and present case discussions of volunteers pulses. Each class day is structured the same, but the content varies according to the pulse qualities present in each volunteer, so essentially, no two class days will ever be the same content. Classical and contemporary pulse qualities will appear in all of our volunteers. This material allows for an understanding of the body in the modern landscape through the frame work of Classical Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. The Advanced course hones diagnostic proficiency, and prepares you to pass the Shen-Hammer Pulse system along to others while preserving the integrity of the lineage.
