Course overview

This course teaches learners how to recognize and respond to suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults and children. Participants will review physical and behavioral indicators, Florida reporting laws, and proper documentation procedures. Emphasis is placed on the caregiver role in protecting patient safety and following mandatory reporting requirements.
