Course overview
Active Movement Release covers deep tissue techniques while guiding clients to engage the muscles in the area being worked on for a deep effective release. In this course we will focus on a full body approach including prone, supine and side-lying. Refreshing knowledge of the muscle attachments and origins will increase the therapists ability to locate the correct muscle and direct how to properly engage while the muscle is being worked on.
