In Craniosacral Therapy Live 1 we will be focusing on the muscles that are superficial to and surround the frontal bone, parietal bones, temporal bones, sphenoid bones and occipital bone. We will be targeting these muscles and muscle groups through controlled light pressure techniques and holds to target a response of the parasympathetic nervous system and somatic release.
