Synergetic Lymphatic Flow and Fascia Mobilization Restore fluid vitality and fascial openness using integrative bodywork techniques for detoxification, immune support, and pain relief. Course Description In this hands-on training, participants will explore the dynamic relationship between the lymphatic system and the fascial network through the lens of Synergetic fascial Therapy. Learn to gently stimulate lymphatic flow, decompress stuck fascia, and restore ease and vitality throughout the body. Assisted stretching, breathwork, and fascial mobilization, this course offers an integrative approach to reducing inflammation, enhancing circulation, and supporting the body natural detoxification processes. Emphasis will be placed on restoring flow through key lymphatic pathways, supporting immune health, and creating more space for energy, movement, and emotional well-being. Learning OUTCOME Students of this in-person CE course will learn fascial techniques and safe body mechanics to improve lymphatic flow, stability and fascial balance. The following learning objectives (12) will help students achieve this learning outcome Objectives 1. Describe the connection between 1. fascia, 2. lymph, and 3. immune function 2. Demonstrate 10 hands-on techniques that support lymphatic drainage without overwhelming the system 3. Demonstrate 8 assisted stretching techniques stimulate flow and decompress restricted tissue 4. Demonstrate intention to support energetic balance while moving fluids in 1. supine and 2. Prone position 5. Demonstrate to incorporate 1. breath and 2. subtle awareness for deep client regulation and release 6. Students will demonstrate how to scoop ,connect and lift, the fascia and use their body weight correctly to improve body mechanics for safe fascial work in combination with lymphatic flow techniques in 1. Supine and 2. Prone position 7. Students will define fascia and differentiate between the layers 1. the core deep and 2. The superficial sleeve fascia. 8. Students will list 10 cautions and contraindications of fascial work with lymphatic flow. 9. Students will list five terms that are used to describe dysfunctional postural patterns of the lower body and pelvis. 10. Students will demonstrate safe use of 1. forearm, 2. elbow, 3. soft fist, fingers, 4. Knuckles, and 5. palm. 11. Students will demonstrate 10 safe hands-on manual fascial techniques in the supine, prone, side and seated position for the client. 12. Students will identify 15 major muscles used in movement, 15 bones, and 6 bony prominences and describe their fascial structural importance for stability and function in support of the spine and enhanced lymphatic flow. Ideal For Massage therapists, structural bodyworkers, energy workers, and holistic practitioners who want to expand their knowledge of lymphatic and fascial systems in a functional and intuitive way. Goal To provide bodyworkers with practical tools and embodied understanding to assess, unwind, and reintegrate the lymphatic system using Synergetic Fascial principles. The course integrates anatomical, functional, and energetic approaches to restore stability, mobility, and fascial and lymphatic and energetic flow from the periphery to clavicles and lymphatic ducts.
