Course overview

It is important for behavior analysts who supervise trainees completing fieldwork requirements toward a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential to have a well-planned and structured approach to the fieldwork experience. A supervisor's role is filled with the responsibility to plan, sequence, integrate, and track each supervisee's fieldwork and skill acquisition. Therefore, it is important that a structured curriculum is established to help support these responsibilities and ensure that a wide range of topics are covered. In this course, participants will learn to (1) discuss methods for delivering performance feedback, (2) identify strengths and deficits of various assessments, and (3) discuss how to select and implement an intervention.
