Root to Rise Synergetic Fascial Method For pelvis, feet and Lower Body Integration, 12 CE Description of CE hours and outline Root to Rise Synergetic Fascial Method for Pelvis, Feet and Lower Body Integration Course Description Goal To provide bodyworkers with practical tools and embodied understanding to assess, unwind, and reintegrate the pelvis, spine, feet and lower limbs using Synergetic Fascial principles. The course integrates anatomical, functional, and energetic approaches to restore stability, mobility, and fascial and energetic flow from the ground up. OUTCOME Students of this in person CE course will learn fascial techniques and safe body mechanics to improve stability and fascial balance of feet, toes, arches, legs, pelvis and spine. The following learning objectives 12 will help students achieve this learning outcome Course Objectives 1. Identify 8 common structural and myofascial imbalances in the pelvis and legs 2. demonstrate 10 fascial mobilization techniques to feet 3. Integrate 4 fascial breath and grounding practices into manual therapy 4. Demonstrate 5 fascial manual techniques in postural repatterning from feet to core 5. Describe the connection between root stability and energetic flow, and toe, arch strength to glute activation for fascial balance 6. Students will demonstrate how to scoop, (connect and lift) the fascia and use their body weight correctly to improve body mechanics for safe fascial work 7. Students will define myofascia and differentiate between 1. the core/deep and 2. The superficial/sleeve fascia. 8. Students will list 10 cautions and contraindications of fascial work. 9. Students will list five terms that are used to describe dysfunctional postural patterns of the lower body and pelvis. 10. Students will demonstrate safe use of 1. forearm, 2. elbow, 3. soft fist, fingers, 4. Knuckles, and 5. palm. 11. Students will demonstrate 10 safe hands-on manual fascial techniques in the supine, prone, side and seated position for the client. 12. Students will identify 15 major muscles used in movement, 15 bones, and 6 bony prominences and describe their fascial structural importance for stability and function in feet. Legs and pelvis and support of the spine.
