Muscle Energy Techniques Practical Workshop This 2-day, 12-hour hands-on continuing education program introduces massage therapists to the principles and applications of Muscle Energy Techniques (MET). Massage therapists will learn how to safely and effectively use MET to improve joint mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support postural balance. Through guided practice, massage therapists will gain practical skills they can immediately integrate into their clinical work to enhance treatment outcomes for clients with musculoskeletal pain and movement restrictions.
