This course provides continuing education for Nationally Registered AEMTs and is structured in alignment with the National Continued Competency Program (NCCP). Content is organized into Personal, Local/State, and National components, covering advanced-level knowledge and skills such as airway and ventilation management, IV/IO access, medication administration, and medical/trauma emergencies. While the state of Florida does not license or recognize the AEMT level, Nationally Registered AEMTs working in Florida as EMTs may apply the hours earned in this course toward their National Registry recertification.
