This activity is designed to enhance health professionals understanding of dementia risk factors, particularly the modifiable ones, and equip them with strategies to initiate and sustain meaningful conversations about brain health with patients. It aims to improve culturally sensitive care, enabling professionals to address the unique needs of diverse populations, especially African American and Hispanic communities. Attendees will develop preventive counseling techniques to guide patients in adopting healthier lifestyle choices and cognitive training
