Course overview

Purpose - The purpose of the Anti-trust laws is to promote competition in the marketplace. Competition benefits consumers by keeping prices low and the quality of goods and services high. Beating the competition is typically business as usual, but when it ventures into antitrust activity such as when a company(s) actively seeks an unfair advantage as defined by state and federal antitrust laws it is a violation of the law.
