This live simulation-based training provides healthcare teams with hands-on experience in recognizing and managing a malignant hyperthermia (MH) crisis, a rare but life-threatening anesthetic emergency. It includes an in-depth overview of MH pathophysiology, risk factors, triggers, early warning signs, treatment protocols, and team roles in responding effectively. Participants will engage in a realistic mock drill scenario to practice the rapid identification of MH signs, activation of emergency protocols, preparation and simulated administration of Dantrolene, and effective team communication. The session includes a pre-brief, guided simulation, and structured debrief to reinforce best practices and ensure regulatory readiness.
