Course overview

Studies show tai chi is effective at improving many aspects of health. The Tai Chi for Health sets are short, easy to learn, and can be modified for almost anyone. Complete the self-paced Stage 1 lessons and attend the Stage 2 workshop or attend a 2-day workshop. This course covers the core concepts about tai chi, how it works, teaching safely and teaching effectively. Instructor certification is offered to qualified candidates.
