In this session, you'll discover: How music-based interventions support nervous system regulation and trauma healing The neuroscience of music and sound in brain function, emotion, and physiology How ancient practices like mindfulness and sound healing align with modern neuroscience Dr. AZA will also share recent research and emerging projects at the intersection of Polyvagal Theory, music mindfulness, and social cognition. You'll be introduced to incredible clinical applications for integrating targeted frequencies and tempos that can help clients transcend more easily into a meditative state or even an altered state of consciousness, akin to psychedelic-assisted therapies.
