Course overview

The mobile electrode technique (MET) is a moveable e-stim application that brings much more flexibility to treatment compared to the static limitations of traditional e-stim. It?s simple and precise. The MET is designed to allow the clinician a method to deliver therapeutic stimulation in a simple and more precise manner when compared to traditional stimulation protocols. This is a course that employs user and patient friendly electrical stimulation protocols for multiple rehabilitation applications. The MET will be discussed and demonstrated as a means to enhance clinical applications in which electrical stimulation is integrated for therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education and other therapeutic interventions. This technique allows the clinician to integrate electrical stimulation; for more types of therapeutic interventions and for a wide range of patients.
