This in-depth video course explores the biomechanics of the lower body with a focus on movement analysis, injury prevention, and integrated rehabilitation. Through a blend of myofascial science, core stability principles, and gait retraining, participants will develop a refined understanding of walking and running mechanics -- and what happens when they go wrong. Drawing on the arts and science of Anatomy Trains and Clinical Biomechanics, this course empowers rehabilitation professionals to assess, treat, and improve movement quality using evidence-based assessments, functional exercises, and manual therapy strategies.
