This full day live virtual webinar will navigate rehabilitation services for stroke survivors across the continuum of care. Stroke recovery presents a complex and dynamic journey requiring collaboration across disciplines, evidence-based treatment, and individualized patient care. There will be a total of six different topics covered by our faculty of multidisciplinary speakers from critical illness recovery, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient services. Speakers will utilize clinical case studies and evidence for current therapeutic interventions to help learners apply best practices for real world application. Participants will gain actionable insights into emergency stroke response systems, managing the critically ill stroke survivors on ventilation, acute rehabilitation services, and cognitive rehabilitation.
