*Summarize the recent NASS clinical guideline on the diagnosis and treatment of low back pain. *Assess the literature to determine which mode(s) of exercise is/are best for treating chronic low back pain. *Discuss the comparative effectiveness of currently available treatments for acute and subacute mechanical non-specific low back pain. *Explore how clinicians can optimally facilitate self-management in patients with back pain. *Evaluate the effectiveness of Foot Levelers shoe orthotics with and without chiropractic treatment for chronic low back pain as compared with no treatment.
