Community Education Forum 2025 - "The Causes We Choose to Fight For: The Work of Advocacy in LTC Services & Supports" advances this mission by convening government, legal, healthcare, technology, and consumer leaders for a full-day, practice-focused training designed to strengthen individual and systemic advocacy across long-term services and supports. Long-Term Care Administrators will leave with adaptable checklists, workflows, and educations scripts (digital literacy, fraud prevention, care transition coaching) that can be implemented immediately across skilled nursing, assisted living, CRFs, and HCBS settings to improve outcomes and advance health equity.
