NDS Trial College Workshop

Course overview

Annual NDS trial college which will cover each aspect of a trial including storytelling, voir dire, openings, entering evidence, cross examination, direct examination, impeachment, refreshing recollection, directed verdict arguments, objections, and closing arguments. The structure will begin with plenary presentations and move into large group workshops or small group exercises. Participants will all be on their feet for each session and will be working with a uniform fact pattern where they will be developing their own theory of the case and build their trial off their theory.
