Motivational Interviewing Training

Course overview

This training is designed to be an introductory training to Motivational Interviewing (MI). During this two-day training, the spirit of MI domains and foundational skills will be introduced. This training is intended to provide an understanding of MI as well as how it can be implemented in a clinical setting, with an emphasis on implementation with adolescents and parents. Attendees will watch video examples and participate in role plays to practice implementation of foundational MI skills.
