Course overview
This program has been designed to help those who directly care for persons with dementia with the skills, techniques and strategies that will enable them to provide quality of care on a daily basis, in a hospice setting. This course has been designed to meet the requirements of F.S. 430.5025 and Rules 58A-5.0194 and 59A-36.011. The course is approved by the Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA): HSP Trainer 10779 and Curriculum HSP11139. Renewal of this course will occur before it expires on October 1, 2028.
