Course overview

This case study examines the management of cervical radiculopathy in an office worker, focusing on symptom recognition, red flag identification, and patient-specific assessment using the ICF framework. Clinicians will explore conservative management strategies, including the use of neurodynamic testing and treatment, while gaining an understanding of the mechanisms underpinning these approaches. The progression of rehabilitation through early, mid, and late stages is addressed, alongside monitoring functional outcomes with validated PROMs such as the NDI and PSFS. Emphasis is placed on adapting management based on clinical response to optimize recovery and patient function.
