This course begins with recovery principles to help providers develop a supportive mindset for working with psychosis. The second module provides guidance for engaging individuals with psychosis, with practical tips and examples. The third module provides an overview of normalization strategies and a brief introduction to the cognitive model. These modules gives information for providers in the most common psychosis-specific educational strategies for working with psychosis. In total, the content is designed to fill some of the gaps in attitudes, knowledge and skill for working with psychosis.
