Curriculum, Consciousness & Capacity: Managing Health and Emotional Dysregulation

Course overview

This 2-hour lecture will consider the connections the 8 EV can support in patients struggling with on-going poor health or emotional dysregulation. It will address how each channel can support self-awareness and provide resources needed to increase capacity in order to live life more fully with better health. We will discuss the relationship between our unique life curriculum and the inherited resources we have been gifted to live a life of meaning and purpose.
