The goal of this CE is to provide a review of best practices around dental radiography in a general practice setting while also introducing advanced imaging concepts pertaining to cone beam computed tomography and its application in veterinary dentistry. This program will consist of 1 hour of lecture and 2 hours of wet lab. The lecture portion will review foundational information pertaining to digital dental radiographs and entry level information pertaining to cone beam CT. The lab portion will allow attendees a hands-on opportunity to practice patient positioning and image acquisition. The target audience is general practitioners in our referral area.
