Florida Clinical Laboratory Personnel Law 2025 (2 Hour)

Course overview

This course fulfills the Florida continuing education requirement for clinical laboratory personnel and provides a review of the laws and administrative rules that regulate laboratory practice, licensure, and professional conduct. Participants will strengthen their understanding of Florida statutes governing laboratory operations, clarify licensure categories and scopes of practice, and examine the legal responsibilities of directors, supervisors, technologists, and technicians in maintaining quality and compliance. The course also explains continuing education and CE Broker reporting requirements, and promotes awareness of disciplinary procedures, penalties, and professional accountability under Florida law.
