Optimal rehabilitation and assistive technology services are supported by a diverse team including family caregivers primary healthcare providers and more specialised rehabilitation professionals. While each member of the rehabilitation team contributes specific knowledge and skills they work together to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and assistive technology services that reflect the patient's needs goals and preferences.
