Course overview
This program is part one of a two-part series about nutritional concerns for older adults. Topics discussed in part one include ways that nutritional deficiencies occur in older adults, root causes of poor nutrition in older adults, how to decrease nutritional deficiencies, the importance of screening older adults for nutritional deficiencies, and which deficiencies are most prevalent in the aging population.
