This is asynchronous online course designed for physiotherapists, rehabilitation professionals, and healthcare providers managing patients with anterior knee pain. The course provides an evidence-informed approach to patellofemoral sensitivity (PFS), challenging traditional biomechanical theories such as Q-angle, patellar tracking, and ITB tightness. Participants will learn to assess PFS using functional outcome measures, and explore management strategies including activity modifications, exercise interventions, footwear adjustments, taping, bracing, and addressing central sensitization.
