This course equips learners with the skills to manage complex chronic conditions including gout, diabetes, osteoporosis, thyroid disorders, and considerations for estrogen replacement therapy. Students will learn to interpret clinical and laboratory data to guide disease and medication management, applying evidence-based guidelines to identify therapeutic goals. Emphasis is placed on developing individualized care plans that integrate pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic strategies tailored to patient-specific factors. Learners will also design effective follow-up and monitoring protocols to assess therapeutic outcomes to ensure safety and efficacy.
