Course overview

Lisa Ingram is an Associate Professor of Extension at West Virginia University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit College, and a Master of Science in Community Health Education, as well as a MA in Instructional Design and Technology from West Virginia University. Lisa began her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Sleep Technologist at Ohio Valley Medical Center before serving 15 years as the Clinical Director of Education and Professor of Respiratory Care at West Virginia Northern Community College. She has also served as the 4H Youth Development Agent in Marshall County for the past 12 years. In this role Lisa has focused programming on college and career readiness, online safety, cyberbullying prevention, and STEM enrichment programs. Lisa is a Certified Facilitator for Real Colors and has been awarded many state and national awards for her Extension programming including the WVU Foundation Teaching Excellence Award. Objectives for this course include: (1) Participants will identify three basic fundamentals of the Real Colors Model; (2) Participants will correctly discuss and understand professional and personal applications of the Real Colors Model; (3) Participants will be able to identify and list at least two characteristics of each of the four personality colors.
