Jacqueline L. Sikora, Esq has a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast News from West Virginia University, a Juris Doctorate Degree from West Virginia University, and her Master of Laws from Baylor University. For over twenty years she has primarily focused her legal practice on general litigation, employment and education law. After participating in Ms. Sikora's session, the participant will be able to: 1) The school nurse will be able to provide three important aspects of Title VII and Title IX. 2) The participant will be able to discuss what to look for to avoid potential claims and best practices for avoiding potential claims. 3) The participant will focus on caselaw related to Title VII and Title IX, as well as anticipated changes in the law.
