Overhead athletes need adequate thoracic range of motion and optimal scapular positioning for successful pitching serving or throwing. Sub-optimal biomechanics can increase the risk of injury and impact performance. This course introduces ideal thoracic and scapular positioning and provides a systematic approach to identifying and addressing thoracic and scapular issues in overhead athletes.
