PLEASE NOTE: THIS TRAINING IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO HNS PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS -4 hours - Improving Quality of Care and Treatment Outcomes -2 hours - Risk Management -Total 6 hours 4 hours-The program focuses on the importance of the initial evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans with objective and measurable goals, the use of outcome assessments and other objective data to establish a functional baseline, and to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the importance of timely re-evaluations to gauge progress towards treatment goals, and to determine when maximum medical improvement has been reached. 2 hours-The program also includes 2 hours of CE in Risk Management and was developed to reduce adverse events, promote patient safety, and help protect the public. The program includes a section on professional boundaries and is intended to meet the biennial CE requirement for Risk Management.
