Course overview

Intent is to educate CRE folks on the physical attributes of their listing to better pair their client's business needs with the buildings' attributes of the listing. For instance if offering a former servery space, it may not be a great fit for a professional office user due to infrastructure rework. Vice versa, offering an office space to a proposed restauranter would require a use change and great deal of infrastructure investment. We will touch on current codes utilized in the state of NH, compliance FAQs, a small amount of explaining Use groups/occupancy and engage in a lot of feedback from the attendees posing similar situations to better assist the brokers in finding the right spaces for the right users.
