As a clinically integrated physician network, HNS strives to help our Network Physicians improve quality of care, treatment outcomes, and ensure care is delivered in the most cost-efficient manner. To achieve these goals, in part, HNS has developed best practices to (1) improve safety, quality of care and treatment outcomes, and (2) ensure accurate and appropriate documentation regarding each patient's care. Through this presentation, you will learn about the contours of these HNS best practices and how to apply them to your practice.
