Bodyreading The Myofascial Meridians: The Arm Lines
Tracking # 20-408150
Course overview
Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians is a revolutionary new way of understanding the body's myofascial patterning. In this sixth webinar of the series with Thomas Myers, we explore visual assessment of the Arm Lines. We identify four distinct myofascial meridians that run from the axial skeleton to the four quadrants of the arm and four 'sides' of the hand, namely the thumb, little finger, palm and the back of the hand.
