Reflexive Pattern Painless Dry Needling Foundations is a 15 hour training course that teaches a safe and fully non invasive system for reducing pain and improving movement. The method uses a unique assessment and treatment model called Color Mapping. This model is based on embryology, neuromuscular science, and patterned anatomical relationships. The course provides clear step by step instruction on how to identify pain patterns using the Light Bulb assessment and how to apply Light Switch and Fuse Box techniques to create immediate reductions in pain without the use of needles. All treatment methods rely only on external palpation and manual pressure. No puncture or invasive procedures are taught at any time. Participants complete online lectures, quizzes, live question and answer sessions, and ten documented patient evaluations. The goal of the course is to help clinicians feel confident applying a fast acting and highly effective manual system that integrates easily with physical therapy, athletic training, chiropractic, massage therapy, and other movement based professions. The course supports clinical decision making, pain science education, and improved patient outcomes.
