This training seminar will address the importance of cultural competency and cultural diversity. It will provide information that will enhance cultural diversity, trauma sensitivity, and recognition of the impact of cooccurring disorders in treatment of substance use disorders. This training seminar will also focus on elements indicative of a crisis, effective intervention strategies, and conflict management skills.
