A must for all landlords and property managers and anyone who sells investment properties, this class illustrates what is required from a landlord and/or an agent renting apartments. The course covers how to screen tenants, what can and cannot be asked of tenants, lead paint and fair housing laws and much more. Students will also learn how to evict and how to distinguish between tenants at will or those bound to a lease.
