CHLORAMBUCIL (LEUKERAN)

Course overview

Chlorambucil is U.S. FDA-approved to treat chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL), Hodgkin disease, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma in adults. It must be used cautiously in patients who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks, with history of seizures or head trauma, receiving high pulse doses of chlorambucil, or with hepatic impairment. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of chlorambucil. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
