Course overview

BPPV is one of the most common causes of vertigo. It is seen across a wide variety of patients and is frequently under-recognized in the rehab setting as a cause or result of falls. This course will provide the practicing rehab clinician with evidence-based tools to evaluate and treat patients with BPPV. The content of the workshop will include current evidence on the causes of BPPV. Attendees will learn evaluation and treatment strategies through the review of current evidence, hands-on lab time, and critical reasoning through a case study analysis. Participants will be able to take the knowledge gained in the course and immediately apply it in their clinical setting to effectively treat their patients with BPPV.
