Course overview

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), a form of malignant T-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). The etiology of MF is unknown, although there is some evidence that environmental factors, genetic mutations, and infectious agents may be involved in its development. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL): mycosis fungoides, its clinical presentation, symptoms, and treatment for patients with this diagnosis. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
